Just Knew
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Just Knew account from inside the app:
- Open Just Knew and sign in.
- Open More.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Privacy & account.
- Choose Delete my Just Knew account and follow the deletion check.
If you own a SIX private league with other members, you can transfer the league to its longest-standing remaining member or close it for everyone. If you have an active Pro subscription, request cancellation first; deletion becomes available after the payment provider confirms the subscription has ended.
Deletion removes personal preferences, followed-player and club links, notification records, push identity and performance records. Completed SIX results can remain only in anonymised form so historical rankings do not change. Financial transaction records may be retained where required, but the Just Knew user id and email are removed from retained records.
