Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Just Knew account from inside the app:
- Open Just Knew and sign in.
- Open More.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Privacy & account.
- Choose Delete my Just Knew account and follow the deletion check.
If you own a SIX private league with other members, you can transfer the league to its longest-standing remaining member or close it for everyone. Before deletion, Just Knew cancels and independently verifies all linked Stripe web subscriptions. If Google Play or App Store still reports an active auto-renewing subscription, cancel it in that store first and wait for confirmation before completing deletion. Your account stays active if recurring payments cannot be verified as stopped. Deletion ends app access and does not automatically refund unused paid time.
Deletion removes personal preferences, followed-player and club links, notification records, push identity and performance records. Completed SIX results can remain only in anonymised form so historical rankings do not change. Financial transaction records may be retained where required, but the Just Knew user id and email are removed from retained records.
