Terms

Just Knew provides recreational football games including SIX, Streak, Sweep and The 92.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping access to your account secure. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with another user's account or misuse private-league invitations.

Football data

Football fixtures, statistics, results and reference market prices can be delayed, corrected, incomplete or unavailable. Just Knew is an independent recreational game, not an official source of football information or a recommendation to place a bet.

SIX

SIX is a free, points-based fantasy game using provider-published reference market prices as a scoring mechanic. Players allocate 12 virtual points across six selections each gameweek. Those points have no monetary value: Just Knew does not accept wagers, hold cash stakes or pay out gambling winnings.

Subscriptions

SIX is free to play. Other games and features may require an All Games subscription, with the applicable price and billing period shown at checkout. Cancellation takes effect according to the relevant payment provider's subscription process, and paid access may continue until the end of the paid period.

Availability

The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Fixtures, lineups, odds and results should not be treated as guaranteed real-time information.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, exploit the service, manipulate competitions, submit unlawful content or misuse notifications and invitations.

Account deletion

You may delete your Just Knew account from the app at any time. For Stripe web subscriptions, Just Knew stops future renewal before deleting the account where applicable. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are store-managed: deleting your Just Knew account does not cancel store renewal, so you must manage that subscription through the relevant store. Your Just Knew access ends when the account is deleted, and deletion does not automatically create a refund for unused paid time. If you own a SIX private league with other members, you can transfer ownership to a remaining member or close the league during deletion.

Independent game; no official affiliation

Just Knew is an independent football game. It is not endorsed, sponsored by, affiliated with or officially connected to the Premier League, the English Football League (EFL), Football DataCo, or any individual football club. References to those organisations, competitions and clubs are for identifying the football subjects of the games, not to suggest their approval.

Trade marks, copyright and imagery

Club, competition and player names are used to identify real-world football teams, people and events. Names and trade marks belonging to third parties remain their respective owners' property. The Just Knew name, original app designs, text and visual elements are our own. Official club crests, league logos, player photography and other protected brand assets are not included unless we have permission or another lawful basis to use them. A rights notice does not itself confer permission to reproduce third-party material.

Football information and data providers

Fixtures, schedules, line-ups, results, statistics and reference market odds are provided or checked through commercial football data services, including TheStatsAPI. Provider information can arrive late, be corrected, be missing or be unavailable for particular matches. Please do not rely on Just Knew as an official or guaranteed real-time source of football results, prices or statistics. The use of third-party data is subject to applicable rights and provider agreements.

No real-money betting

Just Knew runs recreational, skill-based football games using virtual points and scoring. It does not take real-money wagers, hold gambling stakes or pay out cash gambling winnings. Any subscription charge pays for access to features and digital services, not entry to a real-money betting pool.

Your legal rights

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, although third-party data and technical services may be interrupted or delayed. If an issue arises, contact Support so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights or excludes our responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Where data or services are unavailable despite reasonable care, a game's availability or scoring may be affected.
