Just Knew is a football games app. This notice explains the information used to provide your account and the features you choose.
Who operates Just Knew
Just Knew is operated under the trading name Cosican Apps, an independent UK sole-trader business. For privacy and data-protection enquiries, contact privacy@justknew.app.
Information used by Just Knew
We may process your account identity and email address, favourite clubs, notification preferences, SIX team and league activity, fantasy selections and results, subscription status, and technical performance information needed to operate and improve the service.
Why it is used
This information is used to sign you in, remember your preferences, operate SIX and private leagues, settle gameweek results, send notifications you request, provide paid features, prevent abuse and diagnose app performance.
Service providers
Just Knew uses Supabase for account authentication, database, storage and backend services; OneSignal for push notifications when enabled; Sportmonks for football data; Stripe for web subscription checkout; RevenueCat together with Apple App Store and Google Play services for native subscription verification and billing; and Microsoft Clarity and Metricool for public-site analytics and measurement where applicable. These providers process information only as needed for the relevant service.
Website analytics
On the public Just Knew website, Microsoft Clarity and Metricool are optional analytics services. Neither tracking script loads until you choose “Allow analytics”. If you allow them, they may process basic technical and interaction information, such as page views, clicks, scrolling and session behaviour, so we can improve the public website. We do not use these analytics in signed-in game or account screens and do not deliberately send your picks, leagues, subscription details or form-entry text. If you decline, these optional analytics scripts are not loaded on that visit.
Sharing and sale
Just Knew does not sell personal information. Private-league information is intended for members of that league. Content you deliberately share through your phone's share sheet may be sent to services you choose.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in Just Knew from More → Settings → Privacy & account → Delete my Just Knew account, including while a paid subscription is active. Just Knew stops future Stripe web renewal before deletion where applicable. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by the relevant store, and deleting your Just Knew account does not cancel store renewal; you must manage that subscription in the store. Access ends when the account is deleted. Personal account links, preferences, notifications, push identity and app-activity records are removed. Completed SIX performance may remain anonymously as “Former team” so historical rankings do not change after deletion. Limited payment transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, dispute handling, cancellation completion or legal obligations, but the deleted Just Knew user id and email are removed from retained app records. Your choices
You can change notification preferences, request a password reset, log out or delete your account from the app. You can also disable phone notifications in your device settings.
